VIP Club Membership Agreement
Purpose:
This club is designed to show our gratitude to the (VIP)
Very Important Person, our customers. We will provide the best possible benefits and service to
VIP club members.

| 1) | Eligible equipment must have been purchased new from Koch's Lawn & Garden for VIP status. |
| 2) | Customer must complete application and pay fees. |

| 1) |
Receive a 10% discount, on recorded equipment, from entire bill before tax, on off seasons service. This is reserved for VIP club members only. Off season service is defined as tractors and summer utilized equipment serviced during winter months, prior to October 15. Koch's Lawn & Garden reserves the right to schedule the off season service and our service policy will apply. Off season service will include inspection of engine, oil change, electrical and fuel system, belts, tires, bearings, spindles, sharpen blades on mowers and a general inspection of the unit. All parts and labor required to repair/renew the unit, will be in accordance with our service policy. All invoices must paid within 30 days of completion to receive the 10% discount of total bill. |
| 2) | As a VIP member you achieve Priority Service Status which is defined during each season, we will repair your unit in 7 days. If we cannot complete your repair because of our schedule or parts availability, Koch's lawn & garden will provide a piece of equipment of their choice free until we can repair and have your equipment completed. Only equipment that received our off season service inspection and is recorded on the club membership will be eligible for the loaner program. |
| 3) | On all future purchases of new serialized equipment and current membership status, a special VIP discount will be applied and deducted from the purchase price. |
Fine Print:
The membership year will be
calendar year for the
VIP Club.
If the member does not not have their VIP Club fee paid
and a current account is in effect, all member benefits will be null and void. Koch's Lawn & Garden reserves
the right of renewal/denial for membership.
Koch's Lawn & Garden reserves the right to make adjustments/alterations to the
VIP Club plan as needed.
